"The hotel has a really nice location with a beautiful river view, which we truly enjoyed. The breakfast was also very good and satisfying. However, we found that the staff was not very helpful when it came to cleaning up the tables during breakfast, and the room was a bit noisy due to outside traffic, which affected our sleep.
At reception, the personnel provided good service and quality assistance. One issue we encountered was during the booking process through Trip.com: we reserved a double bed room expecting it to accommodate two people, but upon arrival, we were informed that the double bed room was only for one person. We had to pay an additional charge to stay as two guests, which was unexpected and could have been clarified earlier.
Overall, the stay was pleasant, but clearer communication about room occupancy policies and soundproofing improvements would enhance the experience."

"The room is fine, bathroom needs to be cleaner, main staff all very good. except housekeeping & concierge staff, they purposely setup to get & wait for tips. I had just checkin the room. They didn’t replenish the complimentary water & some towels & tissues. I ask housekeeping to bring, i opened the door for him, I was on the phone to a client, housekeeping person interrupted me to tell me they’ve finished placing them in the bathroom & stood there waiting for a tip.
It’s very annoying, I didn’t exists poor attitude from hotel staff, of course, I complained to the manager. They handled the situation. Yet this ought never to even occur."

"Overall, it was a good stay. Reception was quick to address initial issues around cleanliness of my room, and they made up for it by upgrading me. Room service was great, restaurants and breakfast also very good. Location is ideal, you can take a walk on the Nile at sunset and the garden is absolutely stunning. I do think parts of the hotel need upgrading, the carpets were looking a bit rough in parts of my room, the hairdryers were seriously old, headboard had marks and scuffs on it etc., I definitely expected a bit more for a 5 star hotel."

"Great stay, but missing a hairdryer
I really enjoyed my stay at the Lotus Hotel in Luxor. The location is convenient, the room was clean, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Everything went smoothly and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant.
The only small issue was that there was no hairdryer in the room, which was a bit unexpected. It would be great if this could be added or made easier to request.
Overall, a great experience — would definitely recommend!"

"The hotel was okay. The facilities were good and the staff are very helpful. The room is a little dated but still very nice and clean with an amazing pool. We were upgraded to a Nile view which was nice. The sunsets by the pool are also gorgeous. Great location as base for day trips in Luxor.
The only annoying thing was being pestered by vendors to buy at their shops inside the hotel(some wouldn’t take “no, thank you” for an answer), I understand they need to keep business going but all I wanted to do was relax by the pool after a long day of touring and fighting off vendors all day. The food here is also awful (gave free school hostel food vibes), we tried dinner twice and room service in addition to daily breakfast . We paid about 3000EGP for 1 buffet dinner and it was definitely not worth it. Our least favourite food from our 2weeks around Egypt. You can pay less for delicious food elsewhere.
The stay here was okay and staff were generally friendly and nice. No expectations of or demanding tips."

PpurplepolarbearIt's a beautiful hotel with beautiful hearts on the west bank of Luxor. It was a 20 min drive from the airport and 15 min drive from Karnak Temple. The view from the rooftop is amazing both morning and night! Great local breakfast too. The room was very clean and basic toiletries were provided.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a small courtyard, garden, swimming pool in the yard, the room is also very large, the garden can be seen on the balcony, and the balcony is very comfortable. Breakfast is a simple continental breakfast configured by the head, which is also ok. The boss will ask you what time to eat tomorrow morning the night before? The restaurant brother will wait at the agreed time. I stayed there for five days. In short, it is not bad, except for the poor Wi-Fi signal, the socket is two round holes, and it is very loose, many can not be used, breakfast is less than European and American cucumber, tomato, others are fine. Outside the courtyard is two worlds. The road at the door is not hardened. It is a main street for a few minutes. There are some snacks, a small fruit shop, and a sugarcane juice is very good. You can go to the pier to take a boat to the east bank, the main center is the east bank. Short stay is not recommended, after all, carrying luggage is quite tossing, time is sufficient, there is not much demand for Wi-Fi. You can rest here!

I originally wanted to book the East Palace, but later I passed by there and was glad I booked the Hilton. It was too noisy there, and it was difficult to park. It was chaotic. We drove ourselves, and the Hilton parking was friendly! There was a security guard at the entrance!

The room is clean and the price is fair.
Really nice breakfast served with Ommelete and coffee, and traditional Egyptian food.

XXiaoThis hotel is located in very good location right in front of the Nile River. It’s very enjoyable to sit on the balcony to watch the sunrise and sunset. Breakfast is okay. Hotel is a little bit outdated but the price is reasonable. Overall I recommend it.

MMahesh BabuIt is a fabulous raw and Rustic location in theHeart of Luxor. Just for an local life experience, we moved from exotic beach hotel accomodation to this Hotel. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly!! Best part was the Terrace, It is amazing. The photos we shot on it were simply mesmerising!!
The Staff were very very friendly and were always there for us in organize our trips, pick and drops!!
Overall we enjoyed our stay in Happy land Luxor!!

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good. It is right next to the Luxor Temple. It takes only 2 minutes to walk. The window of the room faces the Nile River and you can also see the Luxor Temple clearly. The restaurant on the top floor has a great view. The service of the front desk guy is very good and very helpful. The most important thing is that the room and bathroom are very clean, so you can stay at ease.

The room facilities are slightly old, and there are signs of wear and tear in some places. The bed is not very comfortable to sleep on, which affects the quality of sleep.
